DISCLAIMER:

Martial arts training is a potentially dangerous activity. Before beginning any martial arts training or exercise program, you should first consult your physician. Bumps, bruises, scrapes, scratches and soreness are commonplace, and most students will encounter this sort of minor injury from time to time in their training. More serious injuries are possible, including sprains, strains, twists, cramps, and injuries of similar magnitude  and students can expect to encounter these injuries infrequently. The possibility of more serious injury exists, including fractured bones, broken bones, and torn ligaments, though not all students encounter such serious injuries. As with any physical activity, there also exists the remote possibility of crippling or death.

By attending a seminar, taking lessons, or purchasing any course produced or taught  by the International Elite Combat Arts Society, Master-Mike Omerbegovich, Instructors or Affiliates, you are affirming that you understand the above statement of risk, and solely accept the responsibility for any training techniques, advice, and/or methodologies mentioned herein. You assume responsibility for your own safety, understanding and accepting all risks involved with martial arts training. By assuming this risk, you completely absolve all authors, creators, and affiliates of this association and their courses and seminars/camps from liability for any injury or misuse of the information contained herein.

*Certificate of membership

*10% off certification seminars

*Become an official iecas rep (after hosting us for a seminar or video testing)

                          SEMINAR/CAMP RULES & REQUIREMENTS


*All certifications can be terminated upon the decision of Master-Mike Omerbegovich or a Board Member for any given reason.

*Students are not permitted to use a logo/symbol produced by the IECAS unless he/she is registered as an IECAS Charter member.

*Always refer to an IECAS Instructor or Board Member by their title ( Instructor,Sensei, Sifu etc)

*1st-2nd Degree Black Belts are authorized to certify students up to the rank below theirs!

*Only 3rd Degree (or Higher) Black Belts/Full-Instructors are authorized to certify up to their own rank!

*Your students are required to pay a one time $50 IECAS student membership registration fee before seminar/camp instruction begins.. Only registered students will be certified.

*Each student you certify as an Instructor (all levels) is required to pay a $50 IECAS Instructor Registration Fee per  Instructor level he/she tests for.

*There are no refunds for any IECAS course - seminar/camp or service

*A PERSON THAT HAS BEEN HOSPITALIZED FOR MENTAL ILLNESS IS NOT PERMITTED TO PURCHASE  OR ATTEND ANY OF OUR COURSES/SEMINARS/CAMPS- NO EXCEPTIONS

*A PERSON THAT HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY IS NOT PERMITTED TO PURCHASE  OR ATTEND  ANY OF OUR COURSES/SEMINARS/CAMPS - NO EXCEPTIONS 

* HOSTS - Must already have instructor or black belt ranking from any martial arts system (or a military/law enforcement background) to be eligible to receive certification after hosting  for 2 seminars/camps for apprentice instructorship - 3 seminars/camps for associate instructorship -,and 4 seminars/camps for full instructorship.

*ATTENDEES - Must have a solid martial arts (or military /law enforcement) background to be eligible for certiication and  must attend 5 seminars/camps for apprentice instructorship certification - 7 seminars/camps for associate instructoship certification -10  seminars/camps for full instructrship certification - and  pay appropriate fees for each test rank.


 ONLY REGISTERED  IECAS MEMBERS are eligible for certification at our seminars


 

By signing, The Student acknowledges that he/she has read and understand the above stated terms and conditions, and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions as written..
