A student may send a video test (VHS or DVD) or test in person once he/she has registered as a IECAS member at a scheduled seminar /camp or online through PAYPAL or by mail to receive a certification for the training they have completed. Upon passing the test, the student will receive a certification from the IECAS. . With these methods we will be able to fully validate your techniques and credentials and they will be accepted world-wide.
You may send us your video test in sections or all at once. And there are no time limits to video test...Ever!

Black Sash Course
Chin Na Kung Fu (Chinese Grappling) was developed in China and is taught to their Law Enforcement & Military. This course is instructed by Kung Fu Master-Troy Burchett. He compiled the techniques in a non-lethal way that anyone of any age can learn (including the entire family). Many religious & non-religious people are pacifists & have objections to using lethal force in defending themselves, this system (although combative) teaches one to defend them self using techniques that will submit their attacker opposed to destroying them. This system is also great for Security Persons & Law Enforcement wishing to learn techniques to perform their duties while avoiding using excessive force!
